As a Damp & Mould Operative, you will be:
- Attending customer properties to identify and treat damp and mould issues
- Assessing the type and severity of mould and applying appropriate treatment
- Advising customers on prevention and ongoing maintenance
- Recording visits, treatments and materials used
- Working safely and in line with health & safety regulations
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
- Previous damp and mould treatment experience
- Experience working within domestic properties
- Social housing or property maintenance experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and manage your workload
- A full UK driving licence
The Damp & Mould Operative role is offering:
- £28,000 per year
- Company van and fuel card
- 35 days annual leave including bank holidays
- Option to buy and sell annual leave

- Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 core hours
