An exciting short-term opportunity has arisen for an experienced Neighbourhood Manager to join a high-performing Neighbourhoods team covering Birmingham and Coventry. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will play a key part in stabilising services, supporting frontline teams, and helping to drive positive change across neighbourhood services. We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established housing organisation seeking a confident, resilient leader who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

As Neighbourhood Manager, you will provide strong, visible leadership across customer-facing teams, ensuring excellent housing management, effective tenancy sustainment, and robust responses to Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB).
