In this position, you will be:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Lettings team
  • Managing customer enquiries and supporting tenants throughout the lettings process
  • Advertising and marketing available properties across relevant platforms
  • Supporting referrals, tenancy documentation and Affordable Rent assessments
  • Maintaining accurate records across systems, spreadsheets and tenancy accounts
  • Managing communal keys, fobs and supporting operational compliance processes
  • Completing CORE and local authority returns accurately and on time
  • Working closely with internal teams to support smooth tenancy and operational delivery
