The Contract Manager – Social Housing will mainly look after three major client contracts in the West Midlands, with 4 supervisors and 25 direct trades operatives. The woks will include Day to Day Repairs, Void Property Refurbishments and Planned Workstreams within tenanted and empty homes.
The role will entail:

Maintaining and Expanding client relationships

Monitoring and Improving KPIs related to the different contracts

Managing labour resources to ensure smooth and efficient running of the contracts

Managing teams of Supervisors, RLO’s and Administrators

Experience running multiple Repairs and Maintenance workstreams at once

Experience working within Social Housing

A Clean criminal record (DBS checks will be required)

A Full UK Driving Licence (Company Car or Car Allowance is offered)

£55,000 – £65,000 annual salary
