Job Description

We are currently looking for a Compliance Surveyor on a temp to perm basis for a housing association based in Leicester. In return, you will receive mileage covered, hybrid working and the opportunity for the role to become permanent.As the Compliance Surveyor, you will be:

  • Working as a surveyor covering the big 6 of compliance across the domestic properties
  • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring all properties are 100% compliance in line with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Identifying and raising works for the planned, reactive and compliance works and booking in the remedial works
  • Liaising with external contractors to ensure the budgets and contract requirements are met

Experience and qualifications:

  • Experience as a surveyor covering the big 6 of compliance
  • Social housing or local authority experience
  • HND or similar professional qualification
  • Good communication and customer experience
