As a Compliance Surveyor, you will be working on social housing properties across the East Midlands, and visiting their offices in Leicester and Derby. You will complete property inspections in alignment with the big 6, throughout social housing properties. This is the perfect opportunity to step into a new challenge if you already have demonstrable experience in compliance.
As a Compliance Surveyor, you will be:
- Conducting property inspections across domestic residential properties, identifying maintenance issues and assessing property condition.
- Carrying out compliance surveys to ensure properties meet relevant safety, regulatory, and housing standards.
- Raising and submitting detailed work orders for repairs, maintenance, and remedial works, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
- Liaising regularly with contractors and suppliers, ensuring effective contract management and administration.
