You will be working for a well-known contractor that values not only their tenants but every stakeholder within the business, ensuring attention to detail, collaboration and a commitment to maintaining high levels of compliance.
As the Compliance Officer you will be:
Compliance Checks: Conduct routine inspections and compliance checks at various sites to ensure adherence to health and safety, fire safety, and environmental regulations Documentation and Records: Accurately complete and maintain compliance documentation. Update records and systems to reflect the current compliance status of all properties Contractor Coordination: Collaborate with external contractors to ensure timely completion of compliance works and cyclical maintenance. Verify adherence to safety standards and contract terms Customer Service: Handle inquiries and complaints from tenants, councillors, and the public regarding compliance matters. Arrange appointments and address concerns while maintaining high standards of service
Qualifications the Compliance Officer will need: Experience working within a social housing setting in a similar role. Experience with Xcel, word and in house databases Knowledge of the compliance requirements
What you will receive as the Compliance Officer : Hourly rate between Β£22-Β£25, dependent on experience Flexible working On going contract, with the potential to be extended and to go permanent
