Oversee teams of trade operatives delivering reactive works totheir properties, ensuring all works are completed safely, professionally and to required standards. Monitor team attendance and timekeeping, escalating any concerns to management where behaviour may lead to disciplinary action or breaches of their Health and Safety policies and procedures. Ability to undertake supervisory responsibilities and carry out works within our homes to effectively support team demands. Work alongside the Senior Gas Engineer, Senior Electrician, Planned, Damp and Voids Working Supervisor, and Customer Repairs Team Leader to ensure continuity and consistency of service delivery across the repairs service. To succeed as the Working Supervisor, you need: NVQ Level /City and Guilds in a building trade Experience in maintenance background with knowledge of building, construction and planned maintenance SMSTS/SSSTS or equivalent or working towards Working knowledge of CDM and WHQS This role is offering a salary of £35,000-£40,000!
