You’ll be responsible for managing a busy customer queries inbox, responding to residents and supporting the team with customer complaints and repairs administration. This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working with customers, is highly organised and can manage a busy workload while maintaining a high standard of service.

As a Repairs Administrator, you will be:

  • Managing and monitoring a busy customer repairs inbox
  • Responding to customer queries professionally and within agreed timescales
  • Handling, logging and progressing customer complaints
  • Liaising with customers regarding outstanding repairs and appointments
  • Providing residents with regular updates on the progress of their repairs
  • Liaising with operatives, contractors and internal teams to resolve customer queries
  • Raising and updating repairs and work orders where required
  • Monitoring outstanding queries and ensuring actions are followed up
  • Maintaining accurate customer and repairs records
  • Escalating complex or urgent issues to the appropriate team
