As a Labourer, you will be:
Carrying out general repairs across domestic properties, internally and externally
Supporting trades including joinery, tiling, painting and basic plumbing
Working to specifications and health & safety requirements
Working with supervisors and wider teams to meet deadlines
Recording work activity and completing required paperwork
Providing good customer service and supporting team performance
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
Previous experience in property maintenance or general repairs
Basic knowledge of multiple trades
Experience working across domestic properties
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to work to deadlines and follow health & safety procedures
A full UK driving licence
Ideally based in or around Huntingdon
The Labourer role is offering:
£28,000 per year
Company van and fuel card
35 days annual leave including bank holidays
Option to buy and sell annual leave
Overtime opportunities
Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 core hours
