Job Description

We are actively looking for a Building Safety Team Leader to join a charity organisation covering London area on a permanent basis. In return you will receive 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, flexible working, pension scheme contributions, employee discounts, health plans. As the Building Safety Team Leader, you will be:

  • Lead on the development and successful submission of a building safety cases
  • Main point of contact with regards to fire safety within the property portfolio and other buildings
  • Ensure that the programme of fire safety risk assessments is delivered and ensuing works ordered to specification and in accordance with the Fire Safety Strategy
  • In conjunction with the Head of Property develop and implement the fire strategy including any relevant statutory documentation

Building Safety Team Leader experience / qualifications:

  • Previous fire safety background
  • Social housing experience within the public sector
  • NEBOSH General or NEBOSH fire
  • Experience managing fire programmes and fire strategies
