As a Multi Trade Operative you will be

  • Carry out a wide range of multi-trade property maintenance works across domestic and commercial properties.
  • Complete reactive maintenance, planned works, and refurbishment projects to a high standard.
  • Utilise a broad trade skill set, including carpentry, plumbing, flooring, tiling, decorating, and general property repairs.
  • Work independently and manage tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent workmanship.
  • Travel across Bristol and Bath, with occasional travel to locations including Bridgend, Cheltenham, Swindon, Exeter, and Yeovil.
  • Work on-site Monday to Friday, with expected hours of 8:00am5:30pm.

  • Over 5 years experience working within the trade.
  • Strong multi-trade skills with experience in two or more disciplines.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Experience working across both domestic and commercial properties.
  • The ability and flexibility to work across the Bristol and Bath areas.
