As a Multi Trade Operative you will be
- Carry out a wide range of multi-trade property maintenance works across domestic and commercial properties.
- Complete reactive maintenance, planned works, and refurbishment projects to a high standard.
- Utilise a broad trade skill set, including carpentry, plumbing, flooring, tiling, decorating, and general property repairs.
- Work independently and manage tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent workmanship.
- Travel across Bristol and Bath, with occasional travel to locations including Bridgend, Cheltenham, Swindon, Exeter, and Yeovil.
- Work on-site Monday to Friday, with expected hours of 8:00am5:30pm.

- A full UK driving licence.
