We are recruiting on behalf of an establishedhousing association providing accommodation and support to vulnerable individuals across the Bradford area .
The organisation supports people from a range of backgrounds and circumstances, including individuals experiencingsubstance misuse, domestic abuse, previous offending, antisocial behaviour and other complex needs .
We are seeking an experienced and resilientHousing Support Worker to provide temporary cover across several supported housing services in Bradford.
The successful candidate will be based from an office in Bradford but will travel between multiple local services and properties. This includes supporting residents who may have recently left prison and individuals who require additional support to maintain their accommodation and work towards greater independence.
You will work directly with vulnerable adults who may have complex needs and, at times, present challenging or unpredictable behaviour. The successful candidate will need to be confident managing difficult situations while maintaining a calm, professional and person-centred approach.
This is afull-time, Monday-to-Friday position , working 9:00am5:00pm, with a paid break. The position is temporary andongoing , with an immediate start required.
