As the Asbestos Surveyor you will be:

  • Conducting UKAS-accredited Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys
  • Delivering asbestos services across commercial and residential properties
  • Ensuring compliance with UKAS standards, asbestos legislation and health & safety requirements
  • Maintaining accurate survey reports and technical documentation
  • Working flexibly across client sites while meeting productivity and quality targets
  • Taking part in ongoing training and development to maintain technical expertise

Asbestos Surveyor qualifications / experience:

  • BOHS P402 qualification (essential)
  • Experience carrying out UKAS-accredited asbestos surveys
  • Social housing experience

As the Asbestos Surveyor, you will receive:
