Id love to speak to anyone who has:
Essential direct experience working within social housing, a Housing Association or Registered Provider.

Experience of building and managing cash-flow forecasts from the ground up .

Experience with debt facilities, loan drawdowns, interest, covenant compliance and funding requirements .

Experience contributing to business planning, scenario modelling and stress testing .

The ability to work independently and take ownership of a treasury function with minimal supervision.

Strong Excel, financial modelling and forecasting skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
