We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Installation Coordinator to join the logistics team of a well-established, family-owned flooring business based in Solihull.
This is a key operational role responsible for coordinating installation schedules, managing daily logistics and ensuring flooring installations are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard.
Working closely with site teams, installers, clients and internal management, you will play an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships, maximising operational efficiency and ensuring installation programmes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate flooring installation teams and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
Allocate installation jobs, forecast upcoming requirements and coordinate logistics.
Manage daily fitting schedules and ensure agreed installation dates are achieved.
Liaise with site teams and installers regarding scheduling, site readiness and progress.
Monitor installer performance, quality and cost efficiency, raising issues where required.
Support site visits, readiness checks and Health & Safety requirements.
Process and validate fitter invoices and purchase orders.
Forecast workloads and installation requirements to support business targets and budgets.
Provide regular updates on logistics performance, operational efficiency and workload.
Coordinate company vehicle schedules, servicing and maintenance.
Review corrective action reports and ensure issues are followed up and resolved promptly.
Support the Operations Manager and Contracts Manager with day-to-day operational requirements.
Help identify opportunities to improve scheduling, resource utilisation and overall installation efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, installations or an operational coordination role.
Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with site teams, installers and management.
The ability to make quick, informed decisions and react effectively when plans change.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience coordinating teams, workloads, contractors or field-based workers.
A reliable and detail-focused approach to your work.
The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team.
A genuine desire to develop your skills and progress within an expanding business.

Pay & Benefits
£30,000£34,000 salary , dependent on experience. 32 days holiday , including Bank Holidays and Christmas closure.
Monday Friday, 8:30am4:30pm .
