In this Housing Legal Assistant position, you will be:
- Managing a varied caseload of housing litigation matters under supervision, including tenancy enforcement and possession proceedings
- Supporting Housing Solicitors with the preparation and progression of legal action, including cases involving serious anti-social behaviour
- Drafting legal documents including claim forms, particulars of claim, pleadings, witness statements, and court bundles
- Assisting with the preparation of cases for court and supporting litigation strategy development
