As a Billing Manager, your role will focus on:

• Overseeing and managing the billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing for clients
• Driving revenue growth by ensuring your team meets billing targets
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of 7-12 professionals, helping them achieve both individual and team goals
• Building strong relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and growth
• Optimising and implementing new billing strategies to improve efficiency and performance
• Focusing on personal and team growth, taking charge of development opportunities and clear career progression

We\’re looking for a Billing Manager who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience in a management or billing role
• Has a proven track record of leading teams and achieving revenue goals
• Is results-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has strong communication and leadership skills
• Is ready to scale and grow their career as much as they want, with the support and resources to succeed
• Has experience working to targets, deadlines, and service agreements
