As a Voids Operative you will be:
- Carrying out multi-trade repairs and maintenance in void properties
- Completing repairs across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling, and flooring
- Completing full property refurbishments where required within void timescales
- Completing accurate PDA updates, timesheets and work reports
I would love to speak to Voids Operatives who have:
- Relevant qualifications or over 5 years experience in the trade
- Skills in 2 or more trades
- Own van and tools
- Experience working in void properties
- Able to travel to Oxford
