- Carrying out multi-trade repairs and maintenance in a static building with multiple floors
- Carrying out a range of maintenance duties on site, hanging doors, lock changes, and all other trades
- Delivering a variety of tasks across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, painting, and flooring
