We are recruiting an Interim Asset and Project Manager for a leading Social Housing provider based in the West Midlands, supporting capital programmes across the local region on a 3-month contract. As an Interim Asset and Project Manager, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining and assuring the capital investment and major works programmes.
What's on offer:
- Rate: £300 per day
- Contract: 3-month interim assignment (potential for extension)
- Working pattern: Full-time (37-40 hours per week)
About the Company

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and review of the capital investment programme, using stock condition, compliance and asset data to drive priorities
- Ensuring homes continue to meet the Decent Homes Standard, building safety requirements and wider property legislation
- Translating new and emerging regulatory requirements into clear, practical investment plans and assurance reporting
- Leading option appraisals, business cases and feasibility work to support strategic objectives
