As a Floor Layer you will be:

  • Install and replace vinyl flooring, safety flooring, and vinyl tiles within void and tenanted properties
  • Fit flooring in kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms, bedrooms, hallways, lounges, and communal areas
  • Complete safety flooring installations, including cap and cove systems where required
  • Install flooring within care homes, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and staff
  • Fit flooring in communal hallways, stairwells, entrance lobbies, and shared residential areas
  • Work within occupied (tenanted) properties while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism
