Responsibilities
  • Supporting wet room maintenance and repairs such as shower repairs, trays, flooring, and wall panels
  • Plumbing including fixing leaks, taps, toilets, basins and pipework
  • Patch tiling and silicone sealing
  • Carpentry including door repairs, locks, hinges and handles
  • Responding to day-to-day maintenance call-outs
Qualifications
  • Proven experience doing general maintenance in hospitals or care homes
  • Multi-trade experience, with the ability to undertake a range of building and maintenance tasks
  • Knowledge of building materials
  • Have a clean DBS or be able to do one
  • Have your own van
  • Have your own tools
