Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
- Manage refurbishment and planned maintenance works within occupied social housing properties
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and to agreed quality standards
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and site resources
- Monitor programme progress and ensure targets are achieved
- Maintain site health and safety standards at all times
