I am looking for a Voids Supervisor for a social housing provider in Bedford. This work will entail overseeing the refurbishments on empty properties to get them back to a lettable standard
Voids Supervisor duties:
- Manage up to 12 tradesmen to deliver a first class repairs and maintenance service
- The Voids Supervisor will support the Head of Voids to lead, manage and develop the maintenance function for void properties
- Ensure that the quality of work undertaken meets the required technical and performance standards
- Carry out regular onsite assessments and tool box talks
Voids Supervisor Requirements:
- Management and proven track record of delivering high quality repairs and maintenance services
- Experience working within void properties
- Social housing experience
- Ideally to have a trades background
In return, the Voids Supervisor will receive:
- £38,000 salary
- Company Van and Fuel Card
- 28 days holiday + Bank holiday
