I am currently looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer in the Stevenage area, to work on a permanent contract for a well established social housing contractor.
As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be:
- Keeping Tenants up to date with work processes
- Communication with the contractors
- Access requests
- Updating tenants on the work orders status, progress, and issues.
I am looking to speak to a Tenant Liaison Officer who:
- Has experience in a TLO/ CLO/ RLO role
- Experience in a similar role within social housing
- Has a full UK Driving Licence
In return, the Tenant Liaison Officer will receive:
- £30,000 per year
- Company vehicle & fuel card
- 40 hours a week
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holiday
- Permanent employment
