We are looking for a Tenancy Sustainment & Lettings Team Lead to join a Housing Association based in Gloucester on a 12 month FTC.

Job Title: Tenancy Sustainment & Lettings Team Lead
Salary: 38,000
Location: Gloucester

Tenancy Sustainment & Lettings Team Lead responsibilities:

• Line manager responsibilities for a team of 5 Tenancy Sustainment Advisors and 3 Letting agents
• A sound knowledge and understanding of managing teams
• Effective people and workload management
• strong understanding of data and performance reporting and analysis

Tenancy Sustainment & Lettings Team Lead requirements:

• Proven experience of successfully leading, motivating and developing successful teams
• Desirable experience of the Social Housing Sector and delivery of core housing management services together with a focus on continuous service improvement
• Experience of using insight reports and/or interrogate systems to understand data and insight, and develop corresponding service improvement plans
• Experience of dealing with customers sensitively in challenging situations
