This Customer Liaison Officer position offers the opportunity to work on a large-scale refurbishment programme across the Yorkshire region, ensuring residents are fully supported throughout the delivery of planned improvement works.

You ll be the face of the project, building positive relationships with residents, coordinating access for works, and providing excellent customer service from start to finish.
