As a Technical Support Surveyor, you will be:
- Providing technical support in the delivery and development of responsive repairs and maintenance services
- Planning, organising and undertaking pre- and post-inspections, preparing detailed schedules of works using NHF Schedule of Rates
- Carrying out Damp and Mould inspections in line with statutory requirements and relevant timeframes
- Identifying and managing works under CDM Regulations where applicable

The Technical Support Surveyor role is offering the following benefits:

This role is offering £45,074 plus a 4% pay award from the 1st April 2026.
Location and travel: This role is based across Worcester, Birmingham and Coventry. You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle insured for business use, as this is a fully mobile role.
