We're working with a highly respected housing provider who are looking for an Asset Surveyor to join their team. This permanent position offers hybrid working, with travel across the Swansea area to carry out planned inspections.
This Asset Surveyor role is offering:

Key duties of the successful Asset Surveyor:
- Carrying out a range of property condition inspections.
- Completing safety-related checks in line with relevant housing standards.
- Monitoring and reporting on building components and planned works.

- Supporting the tendering and procurement process.
- Reviewing contractor performance and quality of completed works.
- Providing clear updates to residents and internal teams.
