The predicted salary is between 27500 - 35000 £ per year.
We are currently looking for a Surveyor in the Leicester area to work for a social housing contractor on a permanent basis. This role is working in the Kitchen and Bathroom programme, where a company vehicle is supplied from day one!
As the Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out CAD drawings
- Measure Bathrooms
- Carry out audits
- Tenant liaison works
We are looking for a Surveyor who:
- Has relevant industry experience
- Holds a full UK driving Licence
- Ideally has worked within social housing
In return, the Surveyor will receive:
- £33,000 - £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Company vehicle and travel allowance
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
