Our client is looking for an experienced Surveyor on a permanent basis. The role covers a variety of surveying tasks and no two days are the same! You will be working on a mixture of tasks from structural defects through to fire damage works.

You will be joining a respected Housing Association in the North East, that values high-quality service delivery and invests in its people.

As Surveyor, you will be:

  • Working as part of a multi-disciplined team to deliver structural defect reports
  • Survey properties to identify defects
  • Carrying out post-inspections to ensure quality and compliance with contractual requirements

  • Building Surveying qualification
  • Experience in building Pathology
  • Sound construction knowledge, including Health & Safety legislation and CDM regulations

The Surveyor role is offering the following benefits:

  • Annual leave starting at 28 days, rising to 31 (with the option to buy/sell)

This role is offering £42,712 per year, with a market supplement of £2,355.

Location & travel: This role is based in the Tees Valley area, however will be a roaming role, with the majority of your work being based across various sites. When not out on inspections you will be working from home writing reports.
