You will be based at their head office in Cardiff with hybrid working available.

Supervisor duties
- Take the lead on team actions and activities, both proactively and in response to direction from the Repairs Service & Quality Manager, or other senior managers within the business, with a focus on demonstrating continual improvement in team performance, productivity and service outcomes.
- Oversee teams of trade operatives delivering reactive works to their properties, ensuring all works are completed safely, professionally and to required standards.
- Monitor team attendance and timekeeping, escalating any concerns to management where behaviour may lead to disciplinary action or breaches of their Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Undertake supervisory responsibilities and carry out works within our homes to effectively support team demands.
- Work alongside the Senior Gas Engineer, Senior Electrician, Planned, Damp and Voids Working Supervisor, and Customer Repairs Team Leader to ensure continuity and consistency of service delivery across the repairs service.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level / City and Guilds in a building trade
- Experience in maintenance background with knowledge of building, construction and planned maintenance
- SMSTS/SSSTS or equivalent or working towards
- Working knowledge of CDM and WHQS
