We are looking for a proactive Street Warden to help keep local neighbourhoods clean, safe and well maintained. As a Street Warden, you will patrol housing estates, carry out estate inspections, complete minor repairs, litter pick, report maintenance issues, and build positive relationships with residents. You will also carry out routine community building checks and act as the eyes and ears across your designated area.
What we are looking for:
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a customer facing role.
- Basic DIY or handyperson experience.
- Able to work independently and use your own initiative.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Background in caretaking, housing, facilities, maintenance or a similar community-facing role.
What’s on offer:
- Temporary contract (minimum 3 months with potential to extend).
- £20 p/h via umbrella.
- Company van provided for work use.
- Basic DBS required.
