You will lead a small team, ensure residents receive high-quality support, and help maintain a safe, well-managed service. As a Housing Support Manager, you will be:
- Leading the day-to-day delivery of a temporary accommodation service
- Managing and supporting a small frontline team delivering housing support
- Overseeing resident move-ins, move-ons and high turnover within the service
- Ensuring safeguarding and compliance is maintained
- Working closely with the local authority and external partner agencies
- Supporting staff development and maintaining high service standards
