This position offers a 2-month temporary contract with the potential for extension or to become permanent, overseeing a local authority-funded temporary accommodation service in Stratford-upon-Avon.

You will lead a small team, ensure residents receive high-quality support, and help maintain a safe, well-managed service. You’ll be joining an organisation that specialises in supported accommodation for adults with complex needs, working closely with local authorities to deliver high-quality housing and support services. As a Housing Support Manager, you will be:

  • Leading the day-to-day delivery of a temporary accommodation service
  • Managing and supporting a small frontline team delivering housing support
  • Overseeing resident move-ins, move-ons and high turnover within the service
  • Ensuring safeguarding and compliance is maintained
  • Working closely with the local authority and external partner agencies
  • Supporting staff development and maintaining high service standards

This role is offering an hourly rate of £18.00 - £21.00 per hour (Umbrella).

This role is based in Stratford-upon-Avon, managing a temporary accommodation service on behalf of the local authority. The town is easily accessible via the A46, A3400 and M40, making it commutable from Warwick, Leamington Spa, Redditch, Coventry and South Birmingham.
