Enjoy a permanent Electrician role with a basic salary of around £37,500, up to around £500 extra per on-call week, plus a company van, fuel card and tools provided from day one. There are two separate permanent positions available, each covering its own patch:
- Position 1 – Rugby, Warwickshire and surrounding areas
- Position 2 – Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas
You will be based on one of these patches, rather than expected to cover both areas. Join a well-established property maintenance contractor delivering essential repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. This is a great opportunity to join a stable team, with Monday to Friday hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm and an on-call rota of around 1 week in every 5 to 6 weeks. With the additional on-call earnings, there is potential to earn around £42,000 per year.
As an Electrician, you will be:
- Carrying out responsive electrical repairs and maintenance in occupied properties
- Fault finding and completing reactive electrical repairs
- Completing electrical installations, EICRs and remedial works
- Carrying out inspection and testing
- Completing relevant certificates and reports
- Working towards a first-time fix wherever possible
- Travelling throughout your allocated Rugby or Stratford-upon-Avon patch

- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points and no recent driving bans
- Ability to pass a Basic DBS check

- JIB card, Part P, PAT Testing, Water Regulations or Unvented Hot Water qualifications would also be beneficial
