As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:
- Carrying out full kitchen installations from start to finish
- Completing full plastering works (walls and ceilings)
- Undertaking carpentry (1st & 2nd fix, kitchen fitting, worktops, units)
- Performing plumbing works including fitting sinks and pipework
- Completing multi-trade tasks within void properties
Requirements:
- Proven experience in kitchen fitting
- Strong plastering skills (full-room plastering, not just patch work)
- Previous experience within social housing or a similar maintenance environment
- A full UK driving licence
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check
This role is offering £22 per hour.
