As the Electrical Contracts Manager, you will be:

  • Managing multiple electrical contracts from pre-construction through to completion and defects resolution
  • Leading and coordinating field-based engineers and specialist subcontractors
  • Monitoring contract budgets, processing variations, negotiating supplier agreements, and ensuring profitability
  • Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Supervising, motivating, and managing site teams to ensure projects remain on programme and meet deadlines

Electrical Contracts Manager qualifications / experience:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • SMSTS Certificate
  • Proven experience managing commercial or domestic electrical contracts, maintenance programmes, compliance works, EICRs, or life safety systems
  • Previous experience managing Health & Safety requirements on construction or maintenance projects
