We are currently recruiting for an experienced Installation Manager to join the logistics team of a well-established, family-owned flooring business based in Solihull. This is a key middle-management position, responsible for coordinating installation teams, managing daily logistics and ensuring flooring installations are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard. Working closely with site teams, installers, clients and internal management, you will play an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships while maximising operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of an Installation Manager:

  • Manage and coordinate flooring installation teams, ensuring resources are used efficiently
  • Allocate jobs, forecast upcoming installation requirements and coordinate logistics
  • Manage daily fitting schedules and ensure installation dates are achieved
  • Liaise with site teams and installers regarding scheduling, site readiness and progress
  • Monitor installer performance, quality and cost efficiency
  • Support site visits, readiness checks and Health & Safety compliance
