Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing property and resident services team.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs across a large housing portfolio, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of works.
- Allocate and monitor contractor performance, ensuring service standards and compliance are consistently met.
- Act as the key escalation point for tenant and landlord disputes, providing fair, practical, and professional resolutions.
- Carry out or oversee property inspections, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and well maintained.
- Ensure full compliance with social housing legislation, tenancy regulations, and housing standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors, and local authority partners.
