This Service Director role will be leading and building the national presence of the ever-growing organisation, with highly exciting career opportunities with the support of the empowering leadership team and wider group. You\’ll be working for one of the largest contractors within the social housing sector in the United Kingdom, known for investing in their staff and providing long term career stability. This is an organisation where you\’ll feel valued and supported. As Service Director, you will be: Organically building the northern regions to support the expansion and national presence of the leading contractor in order to fulfil the organisations growth plan Demonstrating leadership Commercially and Operationally working alongside the leadership team Coaching and leading the team of Service Engineers to understand their productivity and engagement, providing 1-1s and training where needed Providing expertise to lead the internal projects including the technology advancement plan Developing and implementing strategic relationships with current and target clients to support regional growth strategy Extensive networking nationally alongside office presence to support the team in the South East office We\’d love to speak to anyone who: Is career driven and ambitious Has operated at Director level with tenure in an organisation Has social housing experience from a contractor or private sector background Is commercially and operationally minded Can demonstrate improved company profit Benefits included in this Service Director position: £10,000 car allowance Company bonus scheme All expenses covered Company credit card 33 days annual leave including bank holidays Pension scheme Private health care for personal and family use Long term succession plan with extensive career progression to suit the individual This role is offering an annual salary of £110,000 – £120,000.
