As the Passive Fire Estimator, you will be: * Evaluating tender documents, specifications, drawings, and fire safety requirements. * Preparing cost estimates and pricing for passive fire protection works, including: * Fire stopping * Fire compartmentation * Fire doors * Cavity barriers * Fire protection to structural steel * Fire boarding and penetration sealing * Obtaining and reviewing quotations from suppliers. * Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to understand all specifications. Passive Fire Estimator required experience: * Minimum 4 years' experience doing QS works * Proven experience working in the public sector * Ability to demonstrate knowledge of fire doors and fire stopping As the Passive Fire Estimator, you will receive: * £45,000-£55,000 * 25 days annual leave + statutory days * Flexible working opportunity * Vehicle included * Healthcare and pension scheme We are keen to see CVs from Quantity Surveyors and Fire Protection Estimators.
