As the Passive Fire Estimator, you will be:
- Evaluating tender documents, specifications, drawings, and fire safety requirements.
- Preparing cost estimates and pricing for passive fire protection works, including:
- Fire stopping
- Fire compartmentation
- Fire doors
- Cavity barriers
- Fire protection to structural steel
- Fire boarding and penetration sealing
- Obtaining and reviewing quotations from suppliers.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to understand all specifications.
Passive Fire Estimator required experience:
- Minimum 4 years' experience doing QS works
- Proven experience working in the public sector
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of fire doors and fire stopping
As the Passive Fire Estimator, you will receive:
- £45,000-£55,000
- 25 days annual leave + statutory days
