As a Carpenter Multi, you'll be responsible for providing responsive maintenance and repairs within domestic properties. We welcome applications from candidates with experience in general building trades, including Kitchen Fitters, Fire Door Fitters, or Joiners.
As a Carpenter Multi, you will:
- Fit various types of doors, including fire doors
- Carry out first and second fix carpentry
- Complete all aspects of kitchen installation, including DFG adaptations, ceramic wall tiling, minor plumbing, and decorative works
- Use a phone and PDA to communicate and record work effectively
We are looking for a Carpenter Multi with:
- Trade experience within the residential repairs sector
- Experience in UPVC repairs and maintenance (doors and windows)
- Experience in kitchen installation (1st and 2nd fix)
- Ability to complete basic plumbing repairs
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent)
- Fire door installation experience and awareness of relevant regulations
- A full UK driving licence
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check prior to commencing the role
