Our client, a reputable Housing Association based in Coventry, is seeking an experienced ASB Officer to manage anti-social behaviour cases and help maintain safe, sustainable communities.

Key Responsibilities of an ASB Officer:

  • Manage a caseload of ASB, nuisance, harassment, hate crime, domestic abuse, and tenancy breach cases.
  • Investigate complaints, gather evidence, conduct interviews, and complete risk assessments.
  • Work with residents, police, local authorities, and other partner agencies to resolve cases.
  • Issue warnings, tenancy enforcement notices, and take appropriate legal action where required.
  • Prepare legal documentation, witness statements, and court papers.
  • Attend court hearings, case conferences, and multi-agency meetings.
  • Conduct home visits and estate inspections.
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure cases are managed within service standards.
  • Provide advice and support to residents affected by ASB.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous ASB case management experience within a Housing Association, Local Authority, or social housing environment.
  • Good knowledge of ASB legislation, tenancy enforcement, and safeguarding.
  • Experience preparing cases for legal action and court.
  • Strong investigation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.

Driving Requirement:

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential, as regular travel across Coventry and surrounding areas is required.
