I am looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join a local authority in the Lincoln area. The Repairs Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of repairs and maintenance to the stock by trades operatives and sub-contractors.
Repairs Supervisor duties:
- Ensure all sub-contractors and trades operatives are completing the work to standard, budget and time
- Assist the works schedulers and support officers, planning and allocating work to operatives
- Ensure that all health and safety legislative requirements are met
- Engage with digital models of service delivery and support the implementation of digital working methods
What is required of the Repairs Supervisor:
- Experience working in a social housing setting
- Relevant experience in the same or similar role
- Come from a trades background
