I am currently recruiting for a Repairs Administrator to join a well-established housing association in the Bath area. The role : Repairs Administrator Contract : 3 month temporary contract Pay : £16.50 / hour (paid weekly, via umbrella) Working pattern : Mon Fri 08:00 17:00 Location : BA2 Responsibilities you will have as a Repairs Administrator: Arranging and booking in appointments Raising works on QL system Chasing repair updates Sending email reports Work tray of approx. 30-50 actions per day As a Repairs Administrator, you must have previous experience in : Social housing or contractors Administration Planner, scheduler or coordinator roles If you think you have the correct experience to be successful in this Repairs Administration vacancy, please press apply.
