A fantastic opportunity for a Regional Director of Project Management has come available for the Development arm of one of the countries largest housing providers. This organisation is ambitiously growing and is committed to investing billions of pounds in new housing schemes over the next decade. You will be based at their head office in Manchester, with a mix of office, site and home working available.

Regional Director of Project Management duties:
- Initiate and lead the governance and delivery of programs within a significant area of responsibility.
- Ensure that risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints are managed appropriately at program and project levels.
- Providing support and guidance to the regional project management team.
- Work with the Construction Delivery Manager and relevant Project Manager to integrate procurement, construction programming and sequencing into the overall development program prior to Contract Execution.
- Lead the negotiation and deployment of annual and longer-term program and project resource budgets.
- Manage multiple projects within the strategic roadmap whilst taking personal responsibility for a limited number of critical contracts.
To succeed as the Regional Director of Project Management, you need:
- Track record of delivering high rise schemes, developing teams and showcasing strong Project Management discipline.
- Relevant experience with a contractor, developer, housebuilder or consultant leading general pre-construction activities.
- Significant experience in commercial procurement, contract and supply chain and 3rd party management including the use of frameworks.
- Experience of overseeing multiple projects, either directly or as managing a team.
