We’re working with an established residential construction business delivering high-quality projects across the Thames Valley. This is a genuine long-term opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a close-knit company, initially taking ownership of a significant new-build residential project before progressing into a wider management position. The Opportunity Your initial project will be a new-build three-bedroom house just outside Reading, with an anticipated programme of approximately seven months. You will be expected to take full ownership of the site and manage its day-to-day delivery independently. Alongside running the project, you’ll work closely with senior management and gain further exposure to the commercial and operational aspects of contracts management.
