Requirements
  • Has 3-5 years of experience in property management and team leadership
  • Has a strong track record of resolving tenant-landlord disputes and managing property maintenance
  • Possesses a deep understanding of local authority housing regulations, licensing, and compliance
  • Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Can successfully lead a team while maintaining high service standards and driving team performance
  • Has experience in managing guaranteed rent schemes and residential lettings
  • Is highly organised and skilled in problem-solving and managing multiple priorities
  • Has a comprehensive understanding of landlord-tenant law, property inspections, and damage assessments
  • Can analyse performance data and use insights to drive continuous improvement
